The program will help your athlete get faster, stronger and assist in injury prevention.

Many teenage boys lack the mobility, flexibility and strength to perform one or more of the basic patterns of human movement.  This affects speed, strength and sports performance and increases the risk of injury.

These patterns are the squat, lunge, bend (hip hinge), pushing, pulling, rotation and gait.  If any of these patterns show deficiencies the athlete will not be able to perform to his potential.


The program will begin by building a strength base and progress into expressing that strength through power development training.  


Fridays will focus on speed and agility with additional strength training.
